SHIPPING POLICIES If the purchased item is in stock it will be shipped out to the customer within 2 business days of purchase date by USPS Priority Mail. Elegante International is not responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) during shipping. Shipping insurance is optional and recommended. If buyer prefers a different shipping method they should contact Elegante International before the purchase is made. PAYMENT POLICIES If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including
credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY To qualify, simply initiate the return within 3 days from
the arrival date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, accessories, seals, etc. We
must receive your item back within 12 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 5 days from the time we
receive your item to process your return. Any item that arrives past 12 days will be automatically shipped back to the buyer.
If item has been used and is returned
with any dirt, scrapes, scratches, hair or in any other condition other then how it was shipped from Elegante International,
the item will immediately be shipped back to the buyer and no refund will be given. After receiving the item and inspecting it Elegante
International will charge a 10% restocking fee on any and all returns.
RETURN POLICY FOR
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS Elegante International
requires payment in full on any special order item. To return a special order item to Elegante International please initiate
the return within 3 days of the items arrival. We must receive your item back within 12 days of when we originally shipped
it to you. Please allow us 5 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. Any item that arrives past 12
days will be automatically shipped back to the buyer. There are absolutely no cash refunds for any special order items. The
customer will be given a store credit good for any item that is carried by Elegante International for the initial purchase
price of the item. Elegante International is not responsible for any shipping fees. . For your protection, we suggest all
returns be sent back by a traceable carrier and that shipping insurance be purchased by the customer. The customer must pay
all costs related to return shipping. Customer is solely responsible for any damage or loss of items during all shipping.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will credit the customer for the initial purchase price
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS Here at Elegante International we try very hard to make sure that we have all items in stock. However, at times this is not possible. If an item is out of stock a representative from Elegante International will contact the buyer and let them know so. Please allow a delivery time of 4-8 weeks for out of stock items. CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS There are no returns on any and all custom order items.
